Network Organising an event of the scope of Manifesta necessarily calls for a close collaboration with the many cultural institutions in Europe and abroad. This collaboration will enable the city of Luxembourg and the future host cities of the biennial to join an international network linking up museums, cultural institutions and associations, artists, art critics and other representatives of the arts scene. The implementation of such a network is essential for it will help furthering exchanges on all levels between European and international institutions, and safeguarding the future existence of Manifesta.
